After discovering such awesome resources for my covers addiction as Copy, Right?, and seeing my friend Real Shocks make two pretty great cover mixes himself, I had to do a second covers mix. I don't think any song right now can make me grin from ear to ear faster than David Byrne's rendition of "I Wanna Dance With Somebody" (though that Jett/Westerberg version of "Let's Do It" comes close). Also, by freak coincidence, the last mix I made featured the original version of "Movin' On Up", which survives Half Japanese-ization pretty well. The Fools track is kind of more of a parody than a cover, but it's one about a murderous chicken, so I had to throw that in there. Additionally, the "Bohemian Rhapsody" here is just karaoke, but incredibly bizarre, hillarious karaoke; for some reason a teutonic Brak comes to mind.
