I once put together a contest for a radio show that was a medley of 14 artists doing the classic Joni Mitchell song, "Both Sides Now" (only 2 people came close to answering correctly). I did some research and found there are over 300 recordings of the song, and this is 2-CD set compiling a selection of them. Most came from vinyl, and most are from 1969. Interesting to hear the same song done over in slightly different styles back to back...highlights in this collection are from Hugh Masekela, Bing Crosby, and Joni fittingly opens the set with the great original version.
