Just finished listening to this one, I wanted to wait until the second play to comment, well Sam its friggin' super. Not a dud track in sight, some of it is new to me which is cool and groovy, its part of the reason we are all here after all. The 18-20 section is gorgeous and worthy of special praise.

I didn't know Milla Jovovich could sing. it's a beautiful track, as are #s 1|7|15|20 in particular. and it seems I'll have to give Chicago and The Who a closer look. all very nice, thanks.

Here it is, March 2006, and I cannot believe I didn't comment on this mix at the time it was posted. Shame on me.The thing is, this is so damned good, I can only assume it mesmerised me and I was unable to speak let alone type.If you set out to create the perfect mix -- here's your template. Amazingly diverse, always entertaining; and it sounds even better than it reads. With moody, eye-catching and personal artwork, the whole package reeks of quality. I still have this cd on regular rotation in my car.It's a pity that Sammy posted this in his pre-mix notes days. A bit of insight would have further enhanced things, if that were possible with such a masterpiece. This isn't just good, nor even merely great, no, it's damn near obligatory. Your life is incomplete until you beg, borrow or steal this mix. Do it NOW!

So... it's a rainy afternoon and I'm having a wee browse through people's old mixes. Had to say I thought you were a bit of an old-timer around these parts - I guess not. Pretty soon you'll be marking your first anniversary. Great debut, by the way!

Nice mix, but in the next 2 years see if you can't spruce up your html. Set a target of Sept 14, 2007 and stick to it. ;-)
