I got the new Mudhoney record a few months back and I was absolutely floored by it. Pretty rocking album. With this new Mudhoney record in mind, I put together this psych/garage rock mix of songs released within the last few years or so.

This is very cool - some really nice contemporary choices. It's always good to see Deerhoof on a mix, and the BJM and mighty Sonic Youth are great too.

indeed. the black mountain pick alone diefies this mix... and the title makes me fear the russian engineered small pox hordes lurking in the dark corners of the world. (shudder).

Exactly what gobi and zeke said about the black mountain. Solid, solid mix all the way through, man. Many artists that got heavy airplay round my house, too. (Gris Gris, SY, Deerhoof, Lightning Bolt, Ghost and Dead Meadow)
