Comment:

I've always been a fan of hip hop but I've always neglected the genre when I make mixes. Well, no longer. A true mixed genre here from me! Other than that psych mix I made a few days ago, I haven't really made any mixes... I was just busy absorbing as much new music - new to me anyway (new releases and new bands) - as possible. It's a fairly cool listen. Title from the Wu-Tang track.

Mixed genre indeed but not a hair out of place. Know and love almost every song here. Great Beirut pick and one of DeVotchka's finest.

This does indeed look all over the map, but only in the best way. Really, really well-done.

Super-killer stuff, man. I've kinda been in a similar mode lately of taking time to listen to a TON of new stuff. It's a good thing.

Sorry to say that most of this is a complete mystery to me . . . however, I'll soon fix that . . . great Sonic Youth pic.

It certainly appears to be a 'fairly cool listen'. What I know here I love. Props for the Broadcast, Wyatt & Os Mutantes picks..

This looks pretty amazing & I wish I could hear it this instant. Love the Snoop Dogg, who coiincidentally was in my dream the other night (you don't want details, believe me).

Looks to be a very cool listen indeed. Love the Matmos -> SY, Black Dice -> Wu Tang Clan and De La Soul through Jurassic 5 bits especially.
