Comment:
A kind of spacey mix for a rainy afternoon.
Feedback:
This looks wonderful. The beautiful Sigur Ros track in the middle, the closing three, Drake, Baker, Jim White... great stuff.
a great way to spend a rainy afternoon . . .I always struggled with Yes and Radiohead, but everything else that I know here looks top notch Robert Fripp and Eno did some amazing stuff together. I like that a lot.
I have no problem with Yes; and that Alan Parsons track is fabulous. Smiles all round.
Neat stuff - seems to go a couple of steps toward ambient - perfect for the weather.
wow this looks fantastic, very moody indeed. the pink floyd, nick drake, modest mouse, radiohead, pavement & flaming lips tracks are my favorites.
This does look quite cool, despite the presence of Alan Parsons. ;-)
oh yeah. nice mix.
soooooooft
This is gorgeous Mark. I really dig the 8-12 stretch.
Everyone round here knows my views on Radiohead but cept for them this looks very nice Mark.
Does indeed look "of a mood." Me, I think the Parsons track rather seals the ennui of the day. A juste mot.
Perfect picks for the mood you're trying to set here. Love the Flaming Lips and SFA tracks, and the Pink Floyd -> Dirty Three stretch is really, really nice!
Space is the place for me.
Surprised at the fact of how many of these bands I've seen perform live. This one really speaks to me, as I know most of this quite intimately. Wonderfully done.
A perfect mix for a rainy day. I totally dig it.
Wow, beautiful stuff. Nick Drake, Floyd, Dirty Three, Sparklehorse and that universe-shattering song from Sigur Ros, plus a heapful of classics, makes for one great mix!
Great - love the 14-18 tracks EVEN with the Alan Parsons Project!!
Pretty. Oh so pretty. What is rain? We don't see much of that round these parts.
Originally misread the title as 'Moog For A Day', so was expecting an entirely different type of mix. Anyway, this looks lovely. There's an adjective that I'm grasping for here - what is it? Shimmering? Resplendent? No - think I won't overstretch my abilities and will therefore settle with... twinkly.
Nick Drake, Sparklehorse, Sigur R=s... this one looks like a floataion device. real nice.
Wonderful mix... very nice indeed.
Mark, you sexxxay mf!
