Comment:

CJS is back, but with a difference... it's CCJS, so there's an additional contributor, name of Colin, joining Chris, Jonathan and Stuart (s'me). It's been a while, but the fact that we're all iPod addicts means playlists rather than MiniDiscs are now the order of the day. So, once every 3 months (hey, we're busy men!) we'll mail CD compilations to one another, with which to feed our hungry iPods. So, what of this mix? The Double Dee And Steinski tracks are supposed to lend old-fashioned continuity to the mix. Don't Touch Me Tomato was included for no other reason than it's my seven-month-old son's favourite song. The Listen With Sarah track is Peel-tastic. There's a semi-predictable Lloyd Cole/Camera Obscura incident. The Danny Kaye track is included with all due respect to BBC Radio 2 DJ Chris Evans (if you listen to his show, you'll know why, if not, it matters not). And Tim Westwood at the end is two seconds of silliness. I thank you.
