Comment:
Both "Instrumental" and "I Can See For Miles" have been used in commercials - Galaxie 500 for a car and The Who for Hydro One here in Ontario. Which made me wonder if I could make a tape entirely from songs used to sell things. I intend to try that someday. My parents and I drove up Mt Washington in New Hampshire when I was 12 and we got a bumper sticker that said This Car Climbed Mt Washington.Feedback:
beautiful mix... i wish that i had a bumpersticker like that! but then, i've never been to mt. washington.
this is fantastic! chappaquiddick, violent femmes, REM, talking heads, yo la tengo... adn then you have your standbys like the who and that fantastic johnny cash cover. cooooool.
The bumper sticker was placed on a small vintage suitcase that Andrew found at the end of the driveway. We shared the case until Andrew finally realized that it had always been meant for me. Now I want the tape, too. (Love, N.)
You can't have it.
