Comment:
The Jukebox in my head is playing nonstop tonight but for once I know why it is playing the songs it is playing. It's Hemizen's birthday and the jukebox is playing a tribute to our youth. It's mixing girls, and the beach, and girls, and a little alcohol, and girls, and you get the picture. Here's to Hemizen who put all these songs in my head originally and now he's taking them back out for all to enjoy. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!Feedback:
Some terrifc songs that I remember as old 45s.
sunshine and beer and this mix will do fine
Sweet. Love the Bee Gees, Herman's, Hollies, Turtles, and Monkees tracks. Feel like committing a murder when I hear Gary Puckett's voice, though... ;-) (Still a sweet mix.)
Wholly flash back, you nail me but good! Thank you.
This looks wonderful. What a lovely party1
So so good...can't begin to name all the great tracks here.
This looks fantastic, Paul Revere and Gary Pucket, fun, fun, fun.
Perfect, so perfect it makes me feel inadequate.
I'm jealous my youth never involved beaches and certainly not enough girls.

Sweet! Nice mix, Tom. And I realize from your mix that if I ever form a band, I'm just going to call it "And The". And we'll definitely sing about girls.
Tom, this is quite simply one of the best mixes I've seen on this here site. Right up my (Creeque) Alley. Love that song...
The kicks really do keep getting harder to find, don't they. Wonderful trip in the Way-Back Machine.
the perfect gift! looks like a swingin' good time
I'll raise a glass to this. Great tribute.
this looks super fun! good stuff with the Dave Clark Five especially.
ooh, i like this, quite different from the usual mahdishain fare, no...?? so pretty, so colorful! and yet still so much room to turkey-baste the art in! and i'm totally with gabechouinard on the "and the". maybe you should have called this mix "and the". (or, "and the girls"??)
Time Waits on no one? Lots of cool stuff here from back in the day.
And best birthday wishes to the guy.

Happy Birthday to your brother, who is lucky to have you (and vice versa)! Many happy memories among these tunes.
Nice one and, yep, I was there too.
Not sure how I missed this one...Great collection and lovely sentiments in your commentary...I never tire of these records...ever. And your adroit comment on 96 vs. 52 made me chuckle. Thanks.
