OK, this takes a little explaining. This is the latest MD made for my good friends Chris and Oscar (as previously explained, every two months the three of us makes an MD compilation for the other two). The concept on this occasion is: gigs that the three of us have attended together over the years. For some reason, gigs attended by the three of us are known as AGMs, even though they happen more frequently than Annual General Meetings tend to! Lord knows why our gig nights out became known as AGMs, but they did, so there you go. Now then... each of the 15 tracks on this MD are live recordings. 4 of them - tracks 3, 7, 8 and 10 - are recordings from the ACTUAL gigs we attended. The rest are simply songs that would have been played at the gigs we attended, but (obviously) recorded from a different gig, to make the project feasible! One final note: the sleeve for the MD was specially designed to look like... yes, you guessed it... a gig ticket. Quite a labour of love, all told! (Hope that's all clear, then... blimey, if I don't get Mix Of The Week for this, I never will!)

Believe me, this is a mighty concept and I urge all like-minded people to do a similar project. The Dinosaur track is mighty and it reminded me of the sheer heat in the Astoria that night i '97. Well done Stu, a mighty achievement!!!!!!!!!
