I was pretty dissapointed that there weren't more Clash mixes posted on this site after Joe Strummer died last month--for a while afterwards my Clash albums were all I felt like listening to. I meant to post this mix (which I made in Sept. 2000) back then, but it was up at school and I was at home on winter break. I tried to include as many of my favorite Clash songs as I could in 90 min, although, when making a Clash mix, you're inevitably going to exclude some classic songs. The Clash are my favorite band of all time and, in my biased opinion, one of the most underrated bands of all time. A lot of people have respect for them, but they're rarely given recognition that one of the greatest bands ever deserves.
