HOLIDAY ADVISORY Explicit Content ~2002
My annual Holiday comp, edition of 50 in full-packaging. (this was one of 3 different Xmas titles I produced in the rather prolific '02 season)
'Holiday Advisory' is 80 minutes with 44 tracks; 16 of which are seasonal soundclip-type intros and greetings from movies and tv sprinkled throughout. The mix is completely UN-CENSORED; a non-festive, mostly obnoxious punk/garage rock take on the Holiday season and bitter resentment of it. Much of the content is taken from limited edition vinyl-only singles which were pressed in small runs in addition to the usual accompaniment of irresistable dialogue from video. This compilation is the end-result of a few years of putting aside potential candidates in the wake of a considerably mellower 'Naughty' disc done back in 2000.
