Comment:
The 1995 Xmas offering. For those who aren't familiar with brain physiology, the limbic system is part of the old brain, and is responsible for what my UG psych prof called "The four F's: Fighting, Fleeing, Feeding, and Mating"
Feedback:
That's my kind of mix album. It's really a "mix," with different genres in there. Same old after same old gets really dull after a couple listens, in my opeenyeeone. That Treniers tune is the first reference I've heard to the term "poon-tang" that I know of. It's got lots of funny names in there, too; heard of Brave Combo (played in KC) but not Simon & the Bar Sinisters--an Underdog reference?!
Oh man, so much to like here: Residents, Eartha Kitt, Eno, Brave Combo....very well done.
I LOVE that Eno song, the Bonzos tune, the Moe Tucker and the Nick Lowe selections.
