A girlfriend of mine found some pesto in the freezer that she'd made with her ex; she dubbed it the "pesto of pain." Shortly after, making a salad, I found the "rosemary of regret," a remnant of a burning-at-both-ends-will-not-last-the-night affair with a fella who has a taste for the spiky green stuff. After sharing our "herbs of heartbreak," I decided to make this mix for her.

I had bad associations with coriander (or cilantro) myself, took years to get over it... I'm glad, because now I can dig into this mix without reservations!
