A friend of mine (who normally listens to R&B) called me today and asked me to make her a CD similar to the Garden State soundtrack, which she loves. I threw this together in about 10 minutes. I probably should have thrown in a few more "rhythmic" songs (in the vein of Air and Massive Attack), but in addition to mood, I was also going for songs that tell a story. The Toad track belongs in a movie...it's an unbelievably haunting track.
