Comment:
Made for Jessicka, March 2003. Primarily a mix of hardcore, crust, and black metal. NOTES: 1) The Dagda is a Northern Irish band with ex-members of Jobbykrust which picks up right where "The Descent of Man" left off. 2) The Anaal Nathrakh track is the compilation version, not the lp version. 3) The Awakening is ex-Three Studies for a Crucifixion. 4) The Mob is the NY early-80s hardcore Mob, not the English early-80s peace-punk Mob. 5) The Botch track is a cover of a portion of the opera. 6) Mayhem's "Witching Hour" is a cover of the classic Venom track. From the Deathcrush lp. 7) Neanderthal is pre-Man is the Bastard. 8) Zorn is the German anarchopunk Zorn, not the black metal Zorn. 9) Left for Dead has ex-members of Chokehold. 10) The Exhumed track is off their split with Hemdale...one of the greatest splits ever recorded. 11) Venom's "Bloodlust" is taken off the ep, not the lp. 12) The Anthrax track is from the early-80s English peace-punk Anthrax, not the mid-80s Bay Area thrash Anthrax. 13) The Sabbat track is from the Japanese, cult black metal Sabbat, not the English thrash Sabbat.Feedback:
Such a great tape. Death Side is my all-time favorite hardcore band, and Neanderthal, F yea.
