You Tell Me...
Comment:
Let me make something clear from the start - this was slipperyhangdoglook's idea! It was also a lot of fun. We chose the artist list between us, slippery set the running order and off we went.I received slipperyhangdoglook's CD in the post just as I was finishing my effort - the one you're looking at. Please accept my word that this had no effect upon my version. The whole exercise was thoroughly enjoyable, and I would love to repeat it, with dear old slipperyhangdoglook or anyone who is taken with the notion. My door is always open, which probably explains the draught. You can view slipperyhangdoglook's version here.

Track 7!!! Oh boy. I once lied to a girl at a party as I played that song on the old geetar and told her I wrote it. The daft sod believed me too! Fine selection of songs fellas. I shall be grooving to this very soon.
THis is awsome. Great job Nomates. I love just about every track on here. 5 stars!!
Good idea guys. I would like to see this done some more.
This is such fun! Barry, did you get lucky with your lie?
Excellent idea, excellent cover. Love your Rox, Nina & Dusty choices. Very strong closing 3 also...
Genius. And nicely executed.
Very well executed, indeed! Awesome mix with quality artists.
Great concept, well done (twice!)
Nice collaboration.
Very nice. I especially love the Dylan, Neil and Roxy picks.
A Very Happy Birthday Tom, I almost forgot! I listened to this in full yeasterday, and loved it. The Dusty thru Nina stretch was pure magic.
Great looking mix.
One great half of an experiment with great results. In particular, the 7-10 stretch seems like a quality template, filled nicely by both participants - and I'm not even that much of an Elvis fan. Those last two tracks are a good endcap, too - particularly your Iggy selection.
great concept - and your elvis pick... very very nice.
Y'all had some fun, no doubt.
