Thank you all for your feedback. Living in the UK as I do makes it much easier to get hold of British stuff!
Also there is a great series of compilations called "Here Come the Girls" which documents the more obscure British girls of the 1960's that much of this (but not all I hasten to add!) is taken from.

it's fantastic! so fun to hear all of this stuff i've never, ever heard of before. i especially love the twinkle song! :mwah:
