....a mix for the theoretical "Fourth Drive"....Hail Voyagers!
(Thanks to Ion Moe for the Brotherhood of Lizards track, a lot! Also, Joe Kane, of the Owsley Sunshine....Glasgow's newest psych'-popsters! Go Joe!)

Looks, uh, well, I only know 3 of these bands, I'll have to trust your judgment . . . which I will most happily do, indeed. Teach me, tiger. ;)

I really don't know any of these bands. Yet I have the strong feeling that this is a fabulous mix.

well well. A glasgow group I've never heard of. You are a naughty man for keeping me insuspense for so long. I feel humbled and ashamed. I know virtually nothing on here, but can't wait to get to grips as it looks a cracker. That Christopher Lee is an evil lookin' dude, ain't he?

Lovely as ever! I haven't heard of the Glasgow group either....but then I'm just psuedo-Glaswegian so what do I know. I only know about three tracks here, but a Valis mix is always intriguing and exciting - and I love the All Night Radio inclusion.

Been eagerly awaiting a new valis mix - and lo - here comes one now, and I'll be dog-goned, it looks sweeter that a five-pound box of candy and more mysterious than Peter Lorre contemplating a crime...

Yes, I've only heard on three or four of these bands as well, but somehow you always discover artists that will end up being future favorites. Who knows -- I might have a Pugwash tattoo on my arm next month. You're welcome for the Snakes.

Looks fabulous as ever Valis. Love the All Night Radio, Lilys and My Morning Jacket picks. As for the rest, I love mystery. On the pile please.

It's a mystery to me too, but I bet it's a stunner! (I do remember some Owsley Sunshine ....... but it's been many years ago, and I couldn't swear to it.)

Well, I've heard of all the bands cited by the guys earlier and the rest is a mystery to me. What I do know, is that you can always count on a mix from valis to get inside your head. (in a good way).

Can't wait to hear this one! Plenty of new bands mixed with legendary old for what looks like a brown acid psych pop catastrophe for the ages. Make mine VALIS!

This is from another universe... one that i desperately want to travel to & see what's up. The only things I recognize are the Lilys and MMJ tunes, both of which i love. The cover makes this all the more mysterious and intriguing.

I've been listening to this thunder bomb of psych pop constantly since i got it. The best mix by Valis yet. Never before have i been so flat out amazed by so many bands i'd never heard of. Better than rubber soul and pet sounds combined!
