Comment:

A revision of something I did a quite a while ago - it's funny how things you think worked really well at the time just don't seem to after a few months. I almost filed it under "ambient" but couldn't quite bring myself to - it's almost there, but not quite! In any case, it's something nice and slow to take you away from the pandemonium of flashing Christmas trees, panicked people in supermarkets and Slade in every shop. Title courtesy of the Joanna Newsom track.

Excellent in every way. I'd be shocked if I heard Slade playing in any shop besides a record store here in the States. Yes, I know I still owe you an e-mail!

Beautiful Siobhan, just got back from a petit sTjour. Where I live is hardly a thronging mass of activity but where I've been was ghoustly quiet unnervingly so in fact. This mix would have matched the solitude perfectly.
Joyeux Noel a tu.

I don't believe it! I was doing some last minute shopping today at Mervyn's ( a large department store), when what should come over the store's speakers but Slade's "Merry Christmas Everybody"! What a shocker.

Apologies for being late, I've only just found this.Looks lovely - the only problem IMHO (and this is terrible since I do not even know the track) is that I couldn't personally have included Big Country. Sorry, otherwise, I love it.
