Comment:
A revision of something I did a quite a while ago - it's funny how things you think worked really well at the time just don't seem to after a few months. I almost filed it under "ambient" but couldn't quite bring myself to - it's almost there, but not quite! In any case, it's something nice and slow to take you away from the pandemonium of flashing Christmas trees, panicked people in supermarkets and Slade in every shop. Title courtesy of the Joanna Newsom track.
Feedback:
This looks really nice.
Like the wild night, this is calling me!
Lovely. I sure need to be taken away from them Christmas crowds, alright.
Another nice mix Siobhan.I've 2 mixes ready to be mailed to you.I haven't got you address.
mm concretes, great band
Some very nice picks.
Despite the presence of Big Country, this is fantastically lovely. ;-)
Nice one Siobhan.., and quietude is in season...
Uhh, YEAH. Fabulous x 2.
Excellent in every way. I'd be shocked if I heard Slade playing in any shop besides a record store here in the States. Yes, I know I still owe you an e-mail!
Lovely stuff, I almost thought that was shakin' stevens there for a mo..........!
Beautiful Siobhan, just got back from a petit sTjour. Where I live is hardly a thronging mass of activity but where I've been was ghoustly quiet unnervingly so in fact. This mix would have matched the solitude perfectly.
Joyeux Noel a tu.
Joyeux Noel a tu.
Beautiful, indeed! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE that opening track. Makes me want to move to Scotland.
Wonderful Siobhan.
I don't believe it! I was doing some last minute shopping today at Mervyn's ( a large department store), when what should come over the store's speakers but Slade's "Merry Christmas Everybody"! What a shocker.
Nice. Great title and cover, too.
The magnificent Turner (one of my faves)...don't know much here but a fab Smiths Track...& I can't resist anything Miss Bush gets her larynx around!
Very nice, indeed.
Apologies for being late, I've only just found this.Looks lovely - the only problem IMHO (and this is terrible since I do not even know the track) is that I couldn't personally have included Big Country. Sorry, otherwise, I love it.
Feel the urge to trade.. What I know of it, I love.
