Hey, that's a very different "Nirvana" than the one I was thinking of! & this mix takes me to a different Nirvana too. (Fortunately it's the same Morning Jacket that I was expecting for that wordless chorus near the end . . .)
A dreamy soaring gliding flight, without any of that frantic wing-flapping I usually have to do to keep aloft . . . loving that arcade fire / golden smog / essex green stretch - oh & I notice you did a little wordplay there on tracks 5 & 6, & let her get a letter - subtle!
There's a haunting regretful undertow on some of these, maybe like the last butterfly of summer?
Well, I'm cocooned in my winter caterpillar phase right now, but this mix reminds me there'll be other times ahead, & I'm expecting to fly.

Cher Valis, this is fantastic - we've been listening to it a lot, but today while out dune bashing at Ras Al Khaimah it seemed utterly fantastic.Highlights are loads, but it reminds us of being back in Australia (Golden Smog) or maybe back in a bar in Dublin (Essex Green)?Great feel good material . . . thanks again.
