Comment:

A & H were a medieval couple, whose love letters to one another have survived the ages. Basically, they were lovers fallen victim to circumstances that prevented them from being together, and in the end Abelard is castrated and Helouise becomes a nun. I started with Bartok to gain some intensity, then I tried to move through stages of a tragic love affair: initial conflict(1)... obstacles (2-6)... splitting up(7-10)... a glimmer of hope (11-12)... happiness (13-17)... and finally loss (18-20).
Oh, and the Belle and Sebastian track... I mixed together "a century of fakers" and "a century of Elvis"... I loved them both too much to choose.
